Format of the Workshop:
Extensive Vocal & Performance Technique
We will work on Trevor's own vocal & physical warm ups (that he does for the shows he's in).
Most likely, we will start the morning working on our 'Aretha Franklin Medley' with Trevor. Focusing on how to perform it, characterisation, possible moments of movement, taking it up a level. This detailed work is so exciting, as we don't get the opportunity to do this at our weekly rehearsals.
Materials to be provided for you to learn ahead of the Workshop.
The afternoon will work on a new song 'A Friend Like Me' from Aladdin, one of the iconic shows that Trevor has starred in on both Broadway and the West End.
Materials to be provided for you to become familiar with ahead of the Workshop.
The day will wrap with Trevor performing a couple songs for us to all enjoy!
It's a full-on day, so recommend bringing a note book and pen, water, a packed lunch and comfortable clothing.
